Pompano Beach Amphitheater

Part of many planned citywide improvements, the Pompano Beach Amphitheater’s iconic white fabric roof has come off – in anticipation of a new, larger tensile membrane roofing system extending over the venue’s entire seating area. Big Span Structures has been contracted to design, engineer, fabricate and install the approximate 35,000 sqft of PVC membrane roof, the supporting steel structure, cables, clamping, and hardware creating a functional and signature look for the patrons of the facility as well as the Pompano Beach region. The North Broward’s 3,000-seat amphitheater features major concert performances and music-themed festivals on the breathtaking grounds, which can accommodate an additional 7,000 patrons.
