At Big Span Structures, our staff of highly trained and experienced architects, engineers, fabricators, and project managers know how important operating and managing an in-house manufacturing facility is for the success of every design-build PTFE, PVC or ETFE project.
Our 42,000 square foot membrane fabrication plant located in Guadalajara, Mexico is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including the largest automatic membrane cutting table, multiple heat-sealing welders, various hand-held tackers, sewing machines, and RF welding machines.
At our plant, we handle all crate construction and packaging for final shipment of fabricated materials to be delivered to site. With the ability to run multiple shifts, we have the capacity to handle large volumes of work meeting project demands and schedules. Big Span is committed to the highest quality standards and techniques created on effective and efficient operation procedures resulting in signature and iconic tensile membrane structures across North America.
